Marketing Performance Analytics, Contractor

The Sage Group is looking for a contractor to support Performance Analytics with hands-on execution across marketing measurement, reporting, and optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to partner effectively with internal teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities:

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting across paid media, CRM, and web
• Support end of quarter reporting, including data pulls, quality checks, and synthesis of performance insights for business partners
• Build and maintain dashboards, data pulls, and automated workflows
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests
• Use Amazon Marketing Cloud and other clean room environments to run queries, audience analyses, and incrementality measurement
• Partner with agencies and internal teams to support measurement plans, KPI tracking, and optimization recommendations
• Conduct data quality checks, tagging validation, and troubleshooting across platforms
• Translate performance insights into clear and actionable recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or MS preferred
• 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a similar data‑driven role
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and agency partners
• Technical Ability to code in Python and SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
• Familiarity with Amazon Marketing Cloud or similar clean room environments
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and measurement technologies
• Experience working with large datasets, APIs, and automated workflow
• Strong communicator able to simplify and present insights to nontechnical audiences
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating with agencies, media teams, or cross-functional partners
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
