Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for the Company’s global rental, remarketing and Encore strategy.
Participate in global strategy development through collaboration with Managing Directors and working directly with the Rental and Remarketing leaders in each region.
Work closely with executive leadership concerning matters of significance to the organization.
Direct all branches globally to achieve budgeted revenue and profit goals for rental, remarketing and Encore operations.
Support nondomestic rental, remarketing and Encore operations based on corporate Company guidelines.
Provide consultation to independent dealers globally as directed by senior management.

8-15 years related experience
Bachelor’s degree (Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED)
Extensive travel (over 20%)
Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
Valid Passport
