Premise Health is a company that provides exceptional healthcare services to large organizations and their people. The Manager of Member Marketing Operations oversees the development and execution of marketing processes to support both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring efficient delivery of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own Wrike project management platform for marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and aligned across creative, digital, strategy, analytics, and operations teams
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, automations, dashboards, or process enhancements to improve operational scalability, effectiveness, and marketing ROI
- Manage platform integrations for streamlined workflows and consolidated reporting
- Enhance platform functionality to accurately anticipate and plan for workforce demands
- Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, reporting and analysis of the Engagement Hub, an online self-serve tool for customization and ordering of campaign collateral, promotional items, and operational assets
- Establish project management approach to maximize abilities/capabilities to deliver against high volumes of marketing project requests
- Optimize project intake processes, maintain project backlog and create prioritization framework (potentially as Agile Product Owner)
- Identify business value of projects and negotiate prioritization with internal team and requestors
- Develop resource allocation process/structure in partnership with functional teams
- Develop efficient workflows and blueprints to streamline project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, on brand
- Integrate processes and workflows in support of new client implementations and existing client expansion of services
- Maintain understanding of brand standards, design, and production process
- Own the escalation process to provide a path for exception management
- Lead or support the execution of designated marketing projects and initiatives
- Lead, manage, coach, and develop team of 5+ direct reports
- Oversee team’s development and execution of detailed project plans for client implementations, expansions of services, and ongoing member engagement campaigns
- Build trusting, positive relationships with Member Marketing team members, internal stakeholders and leaders, and clients to enable success
- Allocate and monitor departmental project team member bandwidth and distribute project assignments in partnership with functional team leaders; forecast and account for peaks in demand
- Coordinate, train, and oversee projects led by contractor resources, as needed
- Monitor progress and proactively recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of team’s ability to deliver against departmental goals and commitments
- Communicate project prioritizations, budgets, and metrics
- Identify and deliver key insights to optimize marketing campaigns and/or internal processes to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, manage, and optimize monthly client billing process for Member Marketing projects; establish billing tracking for visibility
- Oversee contract and invoice management for 3rd party vendor partners and contractors
- Manage department’s digital and communications channels (intranet pages, distro lists, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 6+ years marketing project management experience, or similar role
- 2+ years in a team supervisory capacity preferred
- 2+ years working in marketing operations for a marketing/advertising agency preferred
- Expert or advanced user of Wrike project management platform
- Project management certification and/or experience with Agile preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Figma a plus
- Microsoft Office experience required with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven experience developing and implementing process efficiencies
- Demonstrated track record of bridging cross-functional teams to execute complex initiatives
