Business Analyst II

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst II to facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, and providing tactical support for Oracle CPQ.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions
• Conducts detailed analysis of business processes and requirements
• Documents and communicate requirements to development teams
• Supports the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria
• Focuses on detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, often aiding both product owners and DT in understanding and translating business needs
• Tactical support for Oracle CPQ including:
• Attending daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive DT results
• Filtering Aha suggestions and conducting intake calls to refine requirements
• Writing business requirements from Aha for CPQ development
• Answering questions from DT about requirements in development
• Testing enhancements to ensure they meet BRDs and user story needs
• Drafting release notes
• Verifying that releases to production are complete and correct
• Participation in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0
• Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ, including user experience and understanding of business processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements
• Document and communicate requirements to development teams
