BITZER US Inc. is a global manufacturer of HVAC&R components used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The Sales Engineer/Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key accounts, supporting technical sales efforts, and executing strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key OEM accounts, supporting business development efforts
- Travel up to 60% across North America to engage with clients and pursue new opportunities
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote BITZER’s products and solutions
- Identify and analyze market trends, including competitor activities and regulatory changes, to enhance business strategies
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring product knowledge and application expertise
- Develop detailed reports to track progress, customer engagement, and business development efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC&R sales, technical sales, or business development, with a focus on OEM customers
- Extensive knowledge of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Experience supporting and managing OEMs, supermarkets, end users, and contractors
- Valid driver's license required
