Beacon AI is a fast-moving team focused on building an AI platform to enhance aviation safety and efficiency. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead technical hiring across multiple engineering roles and to establish effective recruiting processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical hiring strategy and execution across multiple engineering roles (e.g. backend, frontend, AI, iOS, robotics)
- Partner with engineering leaders to define role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and align on hiring bar and signal
- Source, screen, and assess candidates; synthesize interview feedback; and make clear hiring recommendations
- Establish clear structure, expectations, and processes for technical hiring in an early-stage environment
- Design and improve interview loops to increase signal quality and reduce false positives
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing and evaluation
- Partner closely with the Recruiting Coordinator to optimize recruiting workflows and pipelines, and ensure smooth execution and a strong candidate experience
