Clarium is on a mission to accelerate healthcare transformation through their AI-powered platform. They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition partner to enhance their recruiting process and help build a strong, scalable Talent function as the company continues to grow rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and close
- Partner closely with engineering and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber engineering talent using advanced and creative sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical areas
- Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, including outreach, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews
- Represent the company’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to both active and passive candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS while leveraging metrics to track and improve recruiting performance
- Continuously refine recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data insights and team feedback
- Support and participate in recruiting events, meetups, career fairs, and campus initiatives
- Contribute to broader recruiting projects and ad hoc initiatives as the team scales
