Technical Recruiter

Thread AI is focused on building an AI-native workflow orchestration engine and is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join its growing team. The role involves owning the entire recruiting process for technical roles, building diverse candidate pipelines, and enhancing the candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including defining the job description with the hiring team, sourcing for the best candidates, reviewing and screening candidates, and working with the leadership team to close and extend offers
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and help them meet their goals
• Build diverse pipelines of candidates while leveraging LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and other research methods
• Design a best-in-class experience for candidates and regularly communicate with them through the recruiting process
• Streamline recruiting processes and improve upon what has already been built
• Manage additional recruiting-related projects as assigned
