Dexmate is a company focused on robotics, hardware, AI/ML, and go-to-market functions. They are seeking a Recruiting Manager to build and scale their recruiting function from scratch, owning full-cycle recruiting and working closely with the CEO to define hiring standards and attract top talent. The role involves building recruiting infrastructure, sourcing passive candidates, managing agency relationships, and shaping the employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions: robotics engineering, hardware/mechanical, AI/ML, and go-to-market (sales, BD, marketing), etc
- Build Dexmate's recruiting infrastructure: ATS setup, sourcing pipelines, interview frameworks, scorecards, and offer workflows
- Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and set the hiring bar
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through outbound outreach, networking, and events — especially senior technical talent in robotics, embedded systems, and physical AI
- Drive a candidate experience that reflects Dexmate's standards from first touch to signed offer
- Shape our employer brand and represent Dexmate's mission in the physical AI talent market
- Manage recruiting agency relationships and coordinate external partners
- Track pipeline health and share weekly updates with leadership
