This role involves running high-impact discovery, managing pipelines, and collaborating with Customer Success to ensure strong partnerships and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Full Sales Cycle
- Run discovery through close for franchise and SMB post-acute healthcare operators
- Qualify owners, operators, and regional leaders
- Forecast accurately and close consistently
- Manage pipeline with discipline and urgency
- Run High-Impact Discovery
- Diagnose operational pain across scheduling, recruiting, compliance, retention, and intake
- Clearly articulate Arya’s value proposition in practical, non-technical terms
- Navigate buying dynamics across decentralized healthcare organizations
- Scale What Works
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Deployment for strong handoffs
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene
- Continuously improve messaging and process
- Represent Arya at industry events and operator meetups
