Modulate is the leader in conversational voice intelligence, enabling enterprises to understand communication and take timely action. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive enterprise sales cycles, build relationships with executives, and help shape the future of voice technology in call centers and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract close
- Develop deep expertise in Modulate and clearly communicate its CCaaS and traditional call centers
- Identify and cultivate new prospects through research, industry networking, and conferences
- Build relationships with decision-makers and champions within accounts
- Support customers throughout their lifecycle and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and leadership team to refine sales processes, collateral, and strategy
- Travel periodically (typically 0–2 trips per month) to industry events and studio meetings
- Become an expert in our service offerings most relevant to CCaaS
