CloudSEK is a trusted Cyber security product company on a mission to build advanced AI technology for real-time digital threat resolution. The Field Marketing Associate will drive regional go-to-market execution, focusing on building relationships with security leaders and delivering measurable revenue impact through strategic marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute region-specific field marketing programs aligned with revenue targets
- Design high-impact, non-generic experiences such as: CISO dinners, Closed-door executive roundtables, Founder-led meetups
- Work with regional sales leaders to prioritize key cities, countries, and target accounts
- Execute ABM-driven field plays for the top 100–200 strategic accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to: Influence active opportunities, Accelerate late-stage pipeline, Support POCs through in-person trust-building initiatives
- Own event-to-opportunity follow-up orchestration to ensure tangible business outcomes
- Experiment with innovative event formats such as salons, invite-only forums, security breakfasts, and micro-events
- Build long-term regional security communities instead of one-off events
- Bring fresh, unconventional ideas tailored to APAC and EMEA buying behaviors and cultures
- Sales: Weekly planning, account mapping, and deal strategy alignment
- Product Marketing: Align on messaging, narratives, demo storylines, and agendas
- Partner Marketing: Co-host selective regional partner events
- Marketing Operations: Ensure strong Salesforce hygiene, ROI tracking, and attribution
- Own event ROI end-to-end with a strong focus on business impact
- Track and optimize performance based on: Pipeline influenced, Deals accelerated, Engagement quality (not footfall)
- Continuously iterate and improve formats based on performance insights
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in field marketing, GTM, ABM, or revenue-focused marketing roles (Cybersecurity B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong experience working closely with sales teams and driving pipeline impact
- Proven ability to design and execute high-quality executive-level events and experiences
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, VPs, and CXOs
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking ROI, pipeline influence, and attribution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
