Storm4 is partnered with a high-growth infrastructure provider delivering mission-critical power and cooling solutions into hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center operators. This role will own and expand strategic hyperscale accounts while driving new logo acquisition across Tier 1 & Tier 2 operators, focusing on AI-driven data center expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow relationships with hyperscalers and leading colocation providers
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies across multiple regions and project lifecycles
- Identify and close new logo opportunities across hyperscale, colo, and AI infrastructure developers
- Drive spec-in positioning & build relationships with consultants, general contractors, EPCs, Channel Partners and design firms
- Lead full sales lifecycle from early engagement through design influence to contract close
- Navigate long-cycle, technical sales across power and cooling infrastructure systems
- Structure and negotiate large-scale, multi-site agreements
- Position solutions within the broader data center ecosystem
Requirements:
- 8–15+ years in data center infrastructure sales or business development
- Proven success selling into hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta) or Tier 1 colocation providers (Equinix, Digital Realty, QTS, etc.)
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: Critical Power (UPS, switchgear, busway, PDUs), Thermal / Cooling (liquid cooling, CDUs, HVAC) or Modular or prefabricated infrastructure
- Clear hunter mentality with new business development ownership
- Established relationships across hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, and consultants
- Proximity to major data center hubs preferred: VA, TX, AZ, CA
