Strella is reinventing qualitative research with AI, providing a platform for insights synthesis used by companies like Square and Duolingo. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning and storytelling, ensuring effective communication with customers and the market.
Responsibilities:
- Own Strella’s changelog and education hub, ensuring every new feature is clearly explained and easy for customers to adopt
- Lead lifecycle marketing for existing customers, including product release emails, newsletters, and product communications
- Stay close to our product roadmap, acting as the glue between engineering, GTM, and the customer
- Own and update website messaging, including positioning, value propositions, and product language as the product evolves
- Document and maintain Strella’s messaging and positioning frameworks (e.g., ICPs, use cases, core narratives)
