Omnicell is transforming how pharmacies deliver clinical care through its Enliven Health division. As a Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy and market direction for clinical solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of the product strategy and long‑term roadmap aligned to clinical market needs, competitive trends, and business priorities
- Serve as the product’s market champion, identifying opportunities based on customer insights, regulatory changes, industry dynamics, and early‑adopter behaviors
- Prioritize outcomes—not outputs—using data and customer evidence to guide decisions and tradeoffs
- Engage directly with pharmacies, health systems, and prospects to understand workflows, challenges, and unmet needs across varied state regulatory environments
- Conduct discovery interviews and market research to deeply understand customer problems and validate new product concepts
- Influence product direction based on insights from group purchasing organizations and other key stakeholders driving clinical adoption
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product Marketing to improve go‑to‑market execution and product positioning
- Provide Product Marketing with value propositions, differentiators, and pricing inputs to support launch materials and messaging
- Drive readiness for new releases—aligning cross‑functional teams on launch strategy, feature value, and adoption goals
- Own the product roadmap and partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog reflects strategic priorities and market needs
- Translate customer and market insights into clear problem statements and prioritized requirements
- Support delivery teams by providing context, validating solutions, and ensuring features meet customer expectations
- Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability, and enhancement opportunities across the product lifecycle
- Champion a culture of accountability and outcomes—connecting product decisions directly to business value and customer impact
- Take initiative to improve processes, enhance collaboration, and close communication gaps across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired or equivalent experience
- Proven track record as a product manager for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision‑making
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
