NEOGOV is a leading AI-enabled SaaS provider in the public sector and public safety space, dedicated to serving organizations nationwide. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for transforming product portfolios into compelling stories, conducting market research, and creating marketing plans to drive demand and support the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product messaging kits that serve as an internal guide for how we market, sell, and differentiate our products in the marketplace
- Conduct external market research on our core audiences, products, trends, competitors, etc
- Analyze and interpret subjective and objective datasets to inform decisions and influence product positioning and messaging
- Embed AI-powered workflows into research, content, and competitive analysis to boost efficiency
- Lead prospect & customer insights efforts: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and buyer research
- Create communication and marketing plans for the launch of new products, features, and releases
- Develop any needed collateral with input from customers and product managers needed for the launch
- Develop collateral to educate internal teams on the value propositions and messaging for new products and features
- Coordinate the go-to-market strategy with product managers, sales, customer success, and marketing
- Develop and author case studies, product video scripts, product pages, one-sheets, justification presentations, business review presentations, and more to support the entire buyer's journey (awareness to advocacy)
- Notify sales, customer success, product, and marketing when new content is created and its use cases
- Create campaigns, webinars, etc. to generate marketing qualified leads
- Travel approximately 5-7 times per year including to our annual customer conference, industry conferences, and team building events
Requirements:
- 3–6 years in product marketing, product management, or market research (SaaS experience required; HR tech/GovTech a plus)
- Strong background in customer and prospect insights with proven impact on GTM
- Skilled at turning research into actionable messaging, positioning, and sales tools
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience using AI tools for research, content, and enablement workflows
- Thrives in a sales-led, fast-paced SaaS environment
