Eulerity is a marketing technology company built by former leaders from Google, Facebook, and Yahoo!. The role involves overseeing campaign delivery operations, managing tracking and measurement capabilities, and mentoring team members while integrating AI tools into daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee campaign delivery monitoring across Google, Meta, and additional paid channels — identifying issues before they become problems
- Own the team's tracking and measurement infrastructure: GTM, Meta Events Manager, GA4 event tracking, attribution, and conversion setup
- Champion GA4 best practices across the team and contribute to consistent performance measurement standards
- Lead process definition and refinement for campaign delivery, troubleshooting workflows, and internal reporting
- Actively leverage AI tools — LLM assistants, agentic workflows, automation platforms — to improve monitoring, reporting, and documentation efficiency
- Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities in digital marketing and bring concrete recommendations to the team
- Serve as the technical voice in escalated client and vendor conversations
- Mentor team members and raise collective technical capability
- Partner with product and engineering on platform improvements that affect campaign operations
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, agency or in-house
- 2+ years leading a team or acting as a formal team lead
- Expert-level Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager knowledge
- Strong, confident GA4 skills — event tracking, attribution, reporting
- Proven hands-on GTM and Meta Events Manager experience for tracking setup and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated AI tool integration in actual workflows — not just awareness (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
- Experience building and maintaining performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or equivalent)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable in technical client and vendor conversations
- Experience with franchise or multi-location campaign management
- LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or DSP experience (TTD, Amazon, etc.)
- Prior client-facing agency or account management experience
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, agentic platforms, or prompt engineering in a business context
- Experience managing distributed or international teams
