Responsibilities:
- You will leverage your tenured expertise as a hunter to grow sales revenue through new client acquisition
- Quickly build and scale a pipeline, while managing a full cycle sales funnel, from prospect to contract close
- Target large scale enterprise accounts and consistently hit your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Expert ability to understand client business strengths, weaknesses, and goals in order to determine if they are a good fit for our platform
- Educate clients on industry best practices and how QRP can help them achieve goals
- Think like a CEO - communicate with the management team and team members to increase client satisfaction and conversion and drive overall QRP improvements
- Diligently input and update client information in Salesforce
Requirements:
- 7+ years in a full cycle sales environment with expertise in the Insurtech, Embedded or Insurance industries
- History of prospecting and pipeline growth with contract conversion results
- Successful background in a long sales cycle environment (deal time 6-12 months)
- Ability to articulate QRP products with all decision makers: Agents, VP and C Level
- Trustworthy - ability to manage sensitive client information
- An understanding of and experience in the startup world

- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
