EVEREC is a rapidly growing EV infrastructure provider delivering turnkey charging solutions across various sectors. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and establish a strong regional presence in Texas, focusing on client relationships and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy across key Texas markets
- Prospect and secure new business with commercial property owners, developers, and fleet operators
- Conduct consultative sales processes, identifying client needs and delivering tailored EV charging solutions
- Advise clients on available incentives, grants, and rebate programs
- Prepare and present proposals, commercial offers, and contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking within CRM systems
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Build and grow long-term client relationships to maximise revenue opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred within EV charging, renewable energy, electrical contracting, or a related sector)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory
