The internship is designed around 2–3 focused rotational stops, each lasting approximately 3–4 weeks.
Each stop is paired with a specific learning objective: to help you understand how product decisions ripple across the business — and how change affects both employees and customers.
You will be an active contributor in each rotation — not a passive observer.
You will embed with each team, take on real work, and develop a working understanding of how that area of the business operates and how it connects to the product.
You will document your learnings and synthesize insights throughout the program.
At the conclusion of the internship, you will deliver a capstone presentation to Pricing and Product leadership — sharing your cross-functional perspective on the business and your readiness to join the team full-time.
