Amperity is an AI-first company helping leading brands create personalized customer experiences. The Lead People Partner will design organizational structures and lead workforce planning to enhance team performance and employee experience in a high-impact leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with GTM leaders to design organizational structures that prioritize flow over friction
- You will determine how humans and AI agents work together to maximize creativity and output
- You will lead continuous workforce planning, moving beyond static, quarterly exercises to real-time, data-informed decisions
- Lead gap analyses to identify 'skills of the future' and design upskilling initiatives that ensure our people evolve as fast as our technology
- Design and reinforce a culture where values, behaviors, and incentives are tightly aligned
- You will coach leaders to have high-stakes performance conversations, rewarding impact over activity
- Design and reinforce experiences that make employees feel clear on what’s expected, confident in how they grow, and supported through high-stakes or personal moments
- Provide bespoke, high-EQ support for complex life events and high-stakes interactions
- You won’t just solve problems; you will codify your high-judgment decision-making
- You’ll partner with the People Ops team to build the playbooks and logic that allow our agentic stack to scale
- Move beyond lagging indicators (like turnover) to leading indicators
- You will use our unified data stack to identify burnout risks, leadership gaps, and talent density trends before they impact the P&L
- You serve as the ethical compass for our HR technology
- You ensure that as we automate the transactional, we never lose the relational—protecting the 'human-in-the-loop' for all high-stakes career milestones
