Boulevard is a company that provides a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses. The Performance Marketing Manager role is responsible for designing and scaling the company's AI-powered growth engine, focusing on marketing channel execution and driving business results through effective campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Design and continuously improve Boulevard’s end-to-end growth system—from acquisition through pipeline and revenue
- Define budget allocation strategies, optimization goals, and performance constraints for AI-driven campaign execution
- Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages to drive measurable improvements in conversion and efficiency
- Evaluate performance through a business lens—focusing on pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact rather than platform-level metrics
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across systems
- Collaborate with Sales to understand lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance, and feed those insights back into marketing strategy
- Guide creative strategy by identifying high-performing concepts, refining messaging, and ensuring strong channel–message fit
- Monitor AI-driven outputs and make strategic adjustments to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Build clear reporting and narratives that connect marketing investment to business outcomes for leadership and executive stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging channels, technologies, and automation
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS
- Proven ownership of pipeline, CAC, and revenue-driving outcomes—not just channel metrics
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and payback
- Strong systems thinking: ability to design and improve end-to-end acquisition funnels across channels and touchpoints
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models - you'll be testing ads and changes on a regular basis
- Experience working with modern martech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools) and partnering with RevOps on data quality and measurement
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, decisions, and investment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, and Leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
- Strong creative judgment and understanding of message-market fit, even when leveraging AI-generated creative
- Experience building or scaling AI-assisted marketing workflows or experimentation systems
- Background in SMB-focused or multi-location business models
- Experience with blended CAC modeling, marketing mix modeling, or advanced forecasting
- Familiarity with platforms such as HockeyStack, Looker, or similar analytics tools
- Experience integrating paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing into a unified growth strategy
