FinPro is a fast-growing insurtech company delivering enterprise SaaS solutions to insurers and distribution partners. They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and work closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients across the insurance ecosystem (carriers, MGAs, brokers, and embedded partners)
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, and events)
- Research target accounts and build strategic outreach plans
- Book and qualify meetings for Account Executives, ensuring strong pipeline quality
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within CRM systems
- Develop a strong understanding of the product, value proposition, and insurance market trends
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Requirements:
- Strong interest in building a career in enterprise sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and articulate value clearly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales development role within SaaS (insurtech, fintech, or enterprise software preferred)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus
