Job Title: Customer Service Support Level 2
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid after training)

Job Summary:
Provide customer service support by handling order processing, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and schedule customer orders based on urgency
- Handle order entry, cancellations, returns, and RMAs
- Resolve customer queries via phone and email (US & Canada)
- Coordinate with sales, shipping, and internal teams
- Assist customers with B2B portals
- Suggest product alternatives and retain cancellations
- Maintain and update customer account information
Requirements:
- 1 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma required
- Ability to follow procedures and handle routine tasks
Additional Info:
- Shift: Mon Fri, 8 AM 5 PM
- Hybrid option after training
