Role Overview
- Generate revenue by selling products or services to customers over the phone or online
- Identify potential leads and qualify prospects
- Build relationships with customers to meet sales targets
- Handle inquiries and provide product information
- Negotiate sales agreements
- Pre-plan & manage sales territories
- Develop and maintain customer & trade-lane specific business plan
- Prepare & complete weekly management reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of general experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience, preferably in inside sales, sales or customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
