- Must have Associates Degree in IT Systems.
- IT service desk experience.
- Answer calls, triage problems with the goal of first call resolution, document tickets, send to 2nd level teams if needed.
- Escalate trends and major incidents to leadership.
- Update and maintain ticketing system and Knowledge base, monitor changes.
