Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $23.00 USD Hourly
Description: Position: IT Helpdesk Support Location: Tulsa, OK (Onsite) Duration: 3-6 months Contract Qualifications- Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or related field
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certifications: Must obtain CompTIA A+ within 6 months and MCP within 12 months of hire
- Preferred Skills: Training or certifications in A+, Network+, MCDST, MCP, or HDI
Skills & Competencies- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Excellent interpersonal skills for user support
