Healthcare Technology Consultant (Sales Analytics and Medicare)

KTek Resourcing is seeking a Healthcare Technology Consultant specializing in Sales Analytics and Medicare. The role requires a strong understanding of the Medicare Line of Business and proficiency in SQL and Excel, focusing on proactive stakeholder engagement and independent work.

Responsibilities:

• Possess a strong understanding of the Medicare Line of Business in the US
• Highly proficient with SQL and Excel
• Take initiative, work proactively, and independently engage stakeholders without requiring constant direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
