They are seeking a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into actionable insights, working closely with leadership and program teams to design dashboards, create reports, and provide analytics that support their mission.

Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify data and reporting needs
Analyze healthcare, HRIS, and financial datasets to find trends and opportunities
Build clear dashboards, reports, and data models (Power BI, Excel)
Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Document processes, create training materials, and guide users on analytics best practices
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience with healthcare, HRIS, or financial data
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
SQL and Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA/data governance a plus
