Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy, partnering with enterprises and governments to close critical skills gaps. They are hiring Embedded AI Solutions Engineers to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative, focusing on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered workflow solutions across HR and business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business workflows into AI-powered solutions (agents, copilots, automation tools)
- Design and build solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio and related ecosystems
- Develop prototypes and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
- Define solution architecture, including prompts, workflows, and system interactions
- Operate within Correlation One’s delivery system and standards to ensure consistency across builds
- Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise tools and processes (e.g., HR systems, internal platforms)
- Ensure solutions are usable, practical, and aligned with business workflows
- Support deployment and transition from prototype to production-ready solutions
- Partner with client stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize AI use cases
- Assess feasibility, data requirements, and expected impact
- Contribute to a structured pipeline of AI initiatives
- Support internal client teams in building and refining their own AI solutions
- Provide guidance on best practices for prompting, design, and implementation
- Conduct working sessions, code reviews, and office hours as needed
- Develop reusable templates, patterns, and playbooks for AI solution development
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and standardization across projects
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, agents, or copilots
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms
- Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Experience integrating with APIs and working with structured/unstructured data
- Strong prompt engineering and workflow design capabilities
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions
- Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI-driven solutions
- Strong judgment on tradeoffs between speed, complexity, and usability
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders (including senior leaders)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-relevant terms
- Highly autonomous and self-directed
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Pragmatic and outcome-oriented (focus on usable solutions, not over-engineering)
- Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivery
- Experience in consulting, client-facing roles, or cross-functional teams preferred
- Experience working in enterprise environments with security, compliance, and data constraints
