Selkirk Sport is a leading global brand in premium pickleball equipment, dedicated to innovation and excellence. They are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to oversee multi-channel campaign execution, ensuring alignment between strategy and creative development while managing project workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of multi-channel campaigns, from initial brief through launch, while keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned
- Translate marketing goals into clear, actionable creative briefs. Act as the primary point of contact for design and copy, managing workflows and keeping production on track
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints, including social, email and e-commerce, and SEO and paid media. You’ll help connect the dots so campaigns feel cohesive, not fragmented
- Coordinate asset development and submission requirements for national retail partners and in-store placements, balancing internal timelines with external deadlines
- Keep our project management tools and digital asset library organized and up to date, with a focus on clarity, documentation, and repeatable processes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project management
- A working understanding of how channels like social, email, and SEO contribute to full-funnel marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment, with clear and proactive communication
- Experience in consumer goods, sports, or fitness is a plus
- Familiarity with pickleball is a bonus
