Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing business leads
- Marketing subscription-based services
- Engaging potential clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Conducting sales presentations
- Managing customer accounts
- Continuously identifying opportunities to grow the client base through active outreach and engagement
- Assisting with sales trainings for new representatives
- Contributing to building the company’s sales strategies
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly and effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills, including professionalism and customer-focused interactions
- Sales experience with a proven ability to close leads and meet targets
- Experience in training and mentoring team members and supporting sales management processes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously within a remote environment
- Access to a reliable internet connection and basic proficiency in online collaboration tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with subscription-based service models
- Additional certifications related to sales or communication are advantageous
