Electrum is a company focused on empowering communities through transparency and choice in electrification and renewable energy. They are seeking a disciplined Sales Development Representative (Energy Associate) to manage high-volume sales intake, prioritize outreach to leads, and ensure seamless communication and project qualification for the design team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute Speed-to-Lead: Prioritize immediate outreach to all inbound inquiries to maintain project momentum and maximize conversion rates
- High-Volume Consultation: Conduct 10–12 pre-scheduled Consultation Calls per day, qualifying homeowner needs and solar potential
- Maintain Pipeline Integrity: Use Electrum’s CRM and proprietary tools to manage a high-volume of activities, ensuring every lead is accounted for and followed up on within established SLAs
- Project Qualification & Handoff: Gather and document technical project details to ensure the Design Team and Energy Advisors have the data required to move projects toward a contract
- Sustained Customer Communication: Manage ongoing multi-channel communication (phone, email, text) to nurture prospects through the early stages of the funnel
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunity creation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-activity role (sales, account management, or operations) where meeting daily output targets was a requirement
- CRM Proficiency: Experience navigating complex sales stacks and maintaining high standards of data entry and documentation
- Proven Output: A track record of handling high volumes of communication without a drop in quality or organizational accuracy
- Operationally Disciplined: You find satisfaction in a clean CRM, a full calendar, and a 'zero inbox' approach to lead management
- High-Cadence Communicator: You are comfortable spending the majority of your day on the phone and can pivot between conversations quickly
- Detail-Oriented: You understand that the quality of your notes directly impacts the success of the closing team
