KTek Resourcing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Technology Consultant to support the Medicare Line of Business in their National Sales and Engagement Team. The role involves translating business needs into analytical solutions, designing and implementing analytics solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders ( in Medicare LOB) and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions
- Design and implement analytics solutions to support Contact Center, Sales Analytics, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies
- Utilize dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions
- Analyze healthcare data (Medicare and Medicaid ) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks using Databricks ( SQL)
- Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, Target setting and customer segmentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards
- Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
