Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is a commercial MGA and insurance wholesaler leading innovation in the market. They are seeking a Territory Business Development Representative responsible for maximizing sales production and strengthening relationships with agencies in New Jersey, while delivering tailored solutions and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing ISC Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results
- Support existing ISC agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
- Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production
- Support Business Development Director with larger agency appointments
- Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
- Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain successful business relationships
- Proven Sales expertise and ability to identify new opportunities for revenue generation
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate client needs for strategic decision-making
- Experience in providing Training and support to clients or team members to enhance knowledge and success
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort with using technology and familiarity with insurance industry platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or risk management industry is preferred
Requirements:
- Associates Degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years' previous sales and/or marketing experience
- 1 year of commercial insurance product experience or 2 years of personal lines sales experience required
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and aptitude to navigate software easily
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain successful business relationships
- Proven Sales expertise and ability to identify new opportunities for revenue generation
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate client needs for strategic decision-making
- Experience in providing Training and support to clients or team members to enhance knowledge and success
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort with using technology and familiarity with insurance industry platforms is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred
- Bi-lingual (English + Spanish) preferred
