Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, and they are seeking an experienced federal sales professional to join their Intelligence Community Sales team as a Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will build strategic relationships with key intelligence community customers and help them with their critical mission and IT transformation efforts using Red Hat's solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate Red Hat’s values and vision to the executive and management levels of customer organizations
- Successfully sell solutions and services in the field
- Develop new account areas of focus within the assigned account
- Represent Red Hat to customers, and customers to Red Hat, in sales-related matters
- Meet assigned sales quotas
- Work to develop and expand assigned account territory
- Lead a Sales team consisting of Solution Architects, Insides Sales Representatives, Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Red Hat’s senior management
