About this role
Lead end-to-end experience design for Branch and Cloud Apply solutions from discovery to final UI delivery
Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products
Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across multiple devices and platforms
Required Qualifications
3 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer / Interaction Designer / Experience Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work on complex digital products
Expertise in UX research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
Experience working in Agile product environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for financial services, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms
Familiarity with accessibility standards and usability best practices
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
