Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the design, development, and integration.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, driving conversations to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into system solutions.
Collaborate with internal team members to design a solution that meets requirements.
Act as liaison between customer and technical teams to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
Configure Salesforce Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products to meet approved designs.
Work with development team to perform testing of end-to-end solutions.
Make recommendations to improve efficiency through development and adoption of best practices and standardized procedures.
Provide technical leadership to teams, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
Create training materials and conduct end-user training.
Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities.
Requirements
Must have hands-on experience implementing and/or configuring Salesforce RCA
Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
Deep understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, invoice generation, taxation, and payment processing
Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design, and implementation
Experience in data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reports
Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support
Excellent attention to detail
Experience working with enterprise level clients
Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
