Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a proven track record in achieving high-value deals
- Experience in Sales Management, including creating and refining sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Proficiency in Training and developing talent to drive team success
- Effective Team Management skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a remote work environment with self-discipline and adaptability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare or subscription-based services is a plus
