Alleyoop is a company focused on driving revenue growth through effective sales development. As a Sales Development Professional, you will build relationships with prospective clients, conduct discovery conversations, and help companies connect with their target audience to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities
- Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals
- Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives
- Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert
- Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns
- Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas
- Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals
- Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information
- Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels
- Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations
- Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, professional, and concise
- Ability to truly understand client needs through attentive listening and insightful questioning
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and committed to achieving and exceeding targets
- Organized and meticulous, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
