The Project Manager will execute implementation projects in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Execute implementation projects by partnering closely with executive-level project sponsors in the Sales Enablement industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
- Drive customer engagement efforts for new and existing customers, understanding their business goals and prescribing tailored recommendations to achieve them
- Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings (both onsite and virtual), customer project artifacts, and ensure client satisfaction with the services provided
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure project team accountability for project budgets, milestone dates, and work quality
- Track detailed engagement scopes, work with customers to estimate and manage scope changes or additions and execute change orders when necessary
- Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans for executive sponsors and internal & external project stakeholders
- Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently, ensuring project success
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of deliverables, budgets, schedules, resource forecasts, and project scope, developing action plans to mitigate identified risks and issues
- Maintain a deep understanding of Sales Enablement, acting as a trusted thought leader and advisor to your customers
- Coach and mentor project team members, potentially across multiple time zones, to enhance teamwork both internally and with the client
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the team's capabilities
- Partner with sales and services sales teams to scope and estimate sales opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of minimum experience as Project Manager
- Overall 7-9 years of experience
