Morgan Mace is a fast-growing, digital-first business transforming consumer engagement globally. They are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the customer journey across multiple channels, driving engagement and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the full lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple channels
- Build and optimize automated, behavior-based customer journeys
- Leverage data to drive segmentation, personalization, and targeting
- Manage platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and app push tools
- Develop and execute testing strategies to improve engagement and LTV
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Continuously analyze performance and iterate based on insights
Requirements:
- 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Strong experience across email, SMS, and push channels
- Hands-on with platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Airship, or similar
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and personalization
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or app-based businesses
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
