Kforce Inc is seeking a Marketing Manager IV to join their Marketing Craft Development & Capabilities team. This role involves leading high-impact strategic workstreams, partnering with executives to enhance the global marketing ecosystem, and serving as a subject matter expert for the Marketer of the Future initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Refine and codify WoW frameworks and artifacts to drive alignment and scalable execution
- Standardize core GTM artifacts (e.g., MRDs, GTM strategies) across GTM phases
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions to surface gaps, align expectations, and validate new processes
- Serve as primary SME for the Marketer Craft Academy, developing curriculum that codifies best practices in partnership with learning experience designers
- Lead launch of foundational Core courses and support development of Applied and Advanced tracks
- Partner with GenAI experts to build AI-enabled learning tools and -always-on- coaching experiences
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior marketing leaders, translating complexity into actionable strategies
- Partner across marketing, product, research, analytics, sales, and operations to align on improved ways of working
- Drive adoption through change management, storytelling, and feedback loops aligned to Company DNA
- Define and track success metrics (e.g., adoption, NPS, business impact)
- Continuously iterate on learning experiences to maximize adoption and value
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Brand, Product, or Performance Marketing within a matrixed organization
- Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM motions and cross-functional orchestration
- Familiarity with GenAI and modern MarTech tools
- Strong strategic and systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and reduce friction
- Exceptional facilitation and influence with senior leaders and execution teams
- Bias for action, learning mindset, and passion for solving complex problems with clarity
- Proven ability to design frameworks, artifacts, and systems that accelerate GTM execution
