Description

 Rick’s Ranchwear is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Kissimmee, FL location. Our warehouse plays a vital role in supporting eight retail locations by ensuring they are fully stocked and operating efficiently.

This role is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure productivity, accountability, and a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, meeting production goals, and ensuring a high level of service to our retail locations. 

This is a working manager position, requiring hands-on involvement alongside the team to achieve daily objectives.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional Saturday mornings as needed

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and load pulling
• Supervise warehouse team members and ensure productivity and accuracy
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requests for replacement.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Manage scheduling, time-off approvals, and attendance tracking.

 Physical Requirements

•  (Lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the warehouse.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the warehouse.
• Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the warehouse generally weighing 0-75 pounds.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates

Essential Qualifications: 

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse/distribution management experience (required)
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and make decisions independently
• Current Fork Lift Certification (must show proof)
• Minimum OSHA-30 10 hour certification, or willingness to complete certification within 30 days
•  Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English 
• Strong written and verbal communications required
• Ability to asses' situations and make decisions quickly
• Basic Computer Skills
