Cerbo is a high-growth healthcare SaaS company focused on supporting holistic lifestyles and personalized medicine. As a Senior Product Marketing and Content Manager, you will develop and execute an AI-driven marketing strategy, create impactful content, and support sales initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build workflows to analyze sales calls, CRM data, and win/loss insights
- Translate insights into messaging, positioning, and website updates
- Develop and maintain competitive battlecards and objection-handling frameworks
- Continuously refine ICP segmentation across key practice types
- Own keyword strategy aligned to high-intent segments
- Execute SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
- Identify content gaps and ranking opportunities using AI-supported research
- Optimize content performance based on data and search trends
- Write and produce blog content: Thought leadership, Whitepapers, Listicles
- Create high-performing email content, including nurture sequences, sales emails, and promotional campaigns
- Build scalable workflows for content production and repurposing
- Run A/B tests across: Educational vs. conversion-focused content, Messaging angles and tone, Formats including blogs, video, and infographics
- Create segment-specific nurturing, sales cadences and messaging
- Update sales decks, one-pagers, and supporting materials
- Align website and sales messaging for consistency
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing in SaaS
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in blogging and long-form content
- Experience managing website content in a CMS
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform)
- Experience creating and managing multi-channel content (written, video, social, visual)
- Experience with SEO and keyword strategy execution
- Familiarity with AI tools for content, research, or analysis
- Excitement to use AI to build and scale messaging across the sales funnel and customer marketing
- Experience building sales enablement materials
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, lean environment
- Healthcare technology, EHR, or vertical SaaS experience
- Experience working with segmented ICPs or multi-product brands
