Business Analyst

TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a project on a part-time basis. The role involves managing complex workstreams, translating business requests into operational requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support one of their projects on a PART TIME basis (~20 hours/week)
• Manage simultaneous complex workstreams from inception to delivery
• Translate business requests into operational + application requirements
• Direct vendor integration work and validate field mappings + webhook/API behavior
• Lead end-to-end integrated testing with multiple systems/vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience (complex projects, implementations, or product/platform)
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills—translating business requests into operational + application requirements
• Proven ability to manage simultaneous complex workstreams from inception to delivery
• Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts: BI/data warehouse concepts, enterprise integration architecture, analytical reporting tools and patterns
• Excellent communication + relationship management (stakeholders, vendors, leadership)
• Strong attention to detail; able to work autonomously and set priorities
• Customer-service mindset and ability to learn new applications quickly
• real estate technology (nice to have)
• Six Sigma certification/exposure preferred
• Prior work in invoice processing / AP workflow automation
• Comfortable directing vendor integration work and validating field mappings + webhook/API behavior
• Strong testing leadership—especially end-to-end integrated testing with multiple systems/vendors
• Able to get deeply fluent in future-state workflows quickly and anticipate exceptions
