TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a project on a part-time basis. The role involves managing complex workstreams, translating business requests into operational requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support one of their projects on a PART TIME basis (~20 hours/week)
- Manage simultaneous complex workstreams from inception to delivery
- Translate business requests into operational + application requirements
- Direct vendor integration work and validate field mappings + webhook/API behavior
- Lead end-to-end integrated testing with multiple systems/vendors
Requirements:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience (complex projects, implementations, or product/platform)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills—translating business requests into operational + application requirements
- Proven ability to manage simultaneous complex workstreams from inception to delivery
- Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts: BI/data warehouse concepts, enterprise integration architecture, analytical reporting tools and patterns
- Excellent communication + relationship management (stakeholders, vendors, leadership)
- Strong attention to detail; able to work autonomously and set priorities
- Customer-service mindset and ability to learn new applications quickly
- real estate technology (nice to have)
- Six Sigma certification/exposure preferred
- Prior work in invoice processing / AP workflow automation
- Comfortable directing vendor integration work and validating field mappings + webhook/API behavior
- Strong testing leadership—especially end-to-end integrated testing with multiple systems/vendors
- Able to get deeply fluent in future-state workflows quickly and anticipate exceptions
