Konecranes is a global leader in material handling solutions, dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking motivated individuals for their North American Sales Lead Development Team to create demand for their portfolio of solutions and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- A SLDR supports sales team members with Qualified Opportunities - and will need to build strong professional relationships throughout the Sales & Marketing organizations
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (i.e. Marketing Events, Webinars, Website Downloads). Execute established daily cadence of prospecting and conversations to qualify leads and create new Sales Qualified Opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams in defined territories to penetrate targeted accounts with an innovative and strategic approach
- Maintain daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with prospects and customers
- Work closely with Marketing to both develop and leverage strategic campaigns to drive pipeline revenue and provide feedback channel for greater traction of message
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business related studies
- 1 year of professional experience

- Sales DNA
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Some Sales experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools is a huge plus
