The Business Systems Analyst will support customer integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support customer integrations and onboarding processes
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain, improve, and test business systems including Finxact (core banking), Savana (payments), Prelim (account opening) and Alloy (compliance/KYC)
- Write detailed product requirements and technical specifications to accelerate development
- Document processes and workflows for regulatory requirements, internal audit, and team knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in product analysis, business system admin/analysis, or related roles in technology or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, detailed requirements documentation
- Technical aptitude and comfort working with software systems, APIs, and databases
- Business acumen and analytical thinking to understand both technical and business requirements
- Creativity and problem-solving ability to identify process improvements
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
- Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred
- Experience in rapid company growth (from startup to mid-size)
- Familiarity with banking systems, payment processing, or compliance platforms
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, data workflows, and digital assets
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking or financial services
