Intuition Robotics is focused on creating empathetic care companions for older adults. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to execute and coordinate marketing programs across digital and community channels to enhance engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo and/or HubSpot based on strategic direction
- Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle email flows including welcome, onboarding, and re-engagement
- Implement segmentation and personalization tactics
- Monitor email performance and flag opportunities for improvement
- Help coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, and social channels
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Review marketing materials for brand consistency, messaging alignment, and accuracy before publication
- Support cross channel campaign execution across ElliQ’s marketing ecosystem
- Support the planning and coordination of grassroots marketing initiatives that introduce ElliQ directly to communities
- Organize and manage in person demonstrations, pop up activations, and local events that showcase ElliQ to older adults, caregivers, and community organizations
- Coordinate logistics for events including venues, equipment, staffing, and promotional materials
- Identify opportunities for community based marketing including senior centers, caregiver networks, health events, and local partnerships
- Work with the marketing team to capture content from events that can be repurposed across digital channels
- Day-to-day operations of the referral program
- Oversee execution of user reviews, retention programs, and customer touchpoints
- Execute retention and customer engagement initiatives Ensure programs run smoothly and meet operational KPIs
- Support coordination with external paid media agencies to ensure campaigns are launched and monitored effectively
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and internal reporting
- Help identify insights from campaign data that can inform future marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in DTC, healthcare, or subscription businesses
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to match an established brand voice
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or HubSpot, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify
- Experience managing social media accounts and content publishing workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners
- Data-aware mindset with the ability to read reports, spot trends, and flag issues
- Self-starter who can execute independently once given clear direction
- Ability to travel occasionally for events, engagement opportunities, and demonstrations
- Experience organizing in person marketing events, community activations, or brand demonstrations
- Experience with grassroots or guerrilla marketing initiatives
- Experience in senior care, health tech, or consumer subscription businesses
