Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Application Analyst to support billing, claims, and remittance workflows. This role focuses on implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic applications to improve revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Epic Resolute (Professional Billing)
- Manage claims and remittance workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Troubleshoot claim errors, denials, and data flow issues across systems
- Configure and test electronic/paper claims and remittance setups
- Partner with IT teams on interfaces and integrations (payers/clearinghouses)
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
- Drive process improvements to reduce denials and enhance RCM efficiency
Requirements
- 10+ years as an Epic Application Analyst
- Epic Resolute Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience with claims, billing, and remittance processes
- Ability to analyze data flow and resolve root causes of claim issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Epic integrations/interoperability
- Background in healthcare/clinical systems
